  • I understand, recognize and value the fact that other members may, from time to time, engage in a form of self-expression that may be sexual or erotic in nature within the private confines of the Club. Furthermore, I do not find this type of self expression offensive.
  • I understand that the membership of this orginization is a community of persons sharing a similar point of view and philosophy as to social and sexual liberation and that within this community, the erotic and sexual expression that may occur and certain sexual activity between consenting adults that may occur is neither offensive nor designed to appeal to the prurient interest of the members of this community, nor does it in fact, appeal to the prurient interest of myself or the other members of this community.
  • I understand and agree that the privacy of Feminine Desires and of each member is an essential attribute of the organization and an imperative personal value of each member.
  • I further agree to respect both the privacy of Feminine Desires and the privacy interests of each member. I understand that violation of the privacy interests of any member either within or outside of the orginization is grounds for termination of any membership and grounds for prosecution on the basis of invasion of privacy.
  • I agree to either use a condom or require my partner to use a condom for any sexual activity with a person not my spouse or long term personal companion who I know does not have any form of sexually transmitted disease or HIV/AIDS.
  • I have not, and I agree that I will not pay, agree to pay, accept payment, or agree to accept payment or any consideration of value to engage in any form of sexual activity with another person.
  • I am not a law enforcement officer, a government official, a representative of a government agency, or a member of the press or news media.
  • I have never been convicted of any type of sexual offense or crime, nor do I have any form of sexually transmitted diseases or HIV/AIDS.
  • I hereby absolve Feminine Desires of any responsibility for any consequences arising from my attendance at parties or the club and/or from interaction with the other members, on or off club premises, and waive any and all claims, known or unknown, against Feminine Desires, its managers and employees from any injury, theft, accident, or illness, known or unknown, that may occur on or off the club premises.
  • I understand and acknowledge that neither my membership dues, nor my per-usage fee, paid to Feminine Desires constitutes payment for any form of sexual activity with another member, or payment to view any form of sexual activity with another member. I also agree that acceptance of my application and payment of the membership dues grants me membership in Erotica and that my per-usage fee constitutes payment solely for the use of the premises and facilities of Erotica. I have read the rules and regulations and agree to abide by them and understand and agree that any violation of the rules and regulations may be cause for immediate and permanent expulsion from the club/website and loss of membership privileges.
